Bigger is sometimes better, but unlike larger companies, GMP feels a much greater sense of accountability. We’re not a faceless organization that you merely hope is managing your investments to your benefit. On the contrary, we’ve created a unique investment system which allows us to make a profit only after you’ve recouped all of the money you initially invested. In other words, you get paid before we do. And that’s the arrangement we feel most comfortable with.

Why complicate things?

To put it simply, our business is all about keeping a sharp eye on economic market indicators, buying carefully selected, undervalued properties in up-and-coming areas (often, even before they’re up-and-coming) , investing a load of our own sweat equity, then getting a higher-than-average rent from our higher-than-average-quality homes. Profit comes from monthly cash flow, mortgage pay down, and appreciation due to rising inflation and housing demand.
